A "Flow Style" of yoga that incorporates the postures from the hot yoga class. This class moves from the hot yoga class. This class moves from one posture to another creating a meditation in motion, like a dance. This is a vigorous class that is also beginner friendly. It combines upper body strength, flexibility and a cardio challenge that is fun and rewarding.

The benefits of mindfulness meditation are numerous: improved physical health, deeper relaxation and feelings of well-being, increased awareness and concentration to name a few. Mindfulness is the energy of attention. When we are mindful, we are able to be fully present to what is happening within and around us. This allows us to become fully alive in each moment. If you are a busy person with a lot on your mind, if you feel stressed or anxious, if you feel out of balance or out of touch with yourself, cultivating a mindfulness meditation practice will be of great benefit to you and all with whom you relate. Meditation is for everyone, and group settings are a supportive environment for practice, so please join us. Classes consist of instruction, formal sitting practice and group sharing. Bring a meditation cushion if you have one.
*Candlelit Vinyasa
We will begin our new class with Monique on Monday Evenings at 7:00.
Start your week with a slow, meditative flow class that will strengthen you, refocus your energy, and leave you feeling physically and mentally refreshed. Perfect for all levels. Each class will be taught by candlelight and end with a meditation. Come get your Zen on!
This class is one hour and 15 minutes, from 7:00 to 8:15.

Classes are 75 to 90 minutes long. First time students please arrive 20 minutes early. All students please try to arrive on time as the door will close when class begins. Wear comfortable clothes that will not hinder your practice. Drink plenty of water before you come to class. Try not to eat anything before you come to class, if you must eat, an apple or banana is fine. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat (mats and towels are rented, water is sold at the studio). The room is heated so be prepared to work hard and sweat.
